Board Meetings
Board of Directors meetings are held on the 4th Thursday of the month (except for the November and December meetings which will be held on the 3rd Thursday due to the holidays) while the Pension Board of Trustees meetings will be held prior to the regular meeting in January, April, July, and October. All meetings are scheduled to begin at 1800 hours or 6:00 p.m.
The Board of Directors meetings are held in person at Elk Creek Station 1, 11993 Blackfoot Rd. Conifer, CO 80433 or may be attended virtually via Zoom.
Board Meeting Minutes
Meeting minutes will be posted following their approval and signature by the Board of Directors at the month following each meeting.
Rules of Procedure Note for Monthly Board of Directors meetings: for Citizen Comment, it will be limited to 3 minutes per person during the Public Comment portion of the Agenda. There will be a sign-up sheet available at the beginning of the meeting to let the Board know you wish to provide comment.
