Wildfires are a hot topic, literally and figuratively.
With the ‘traditional’ fire season upon us, now is the time to educate yourself on wildfire awareness from the experts. Next month, we will host Jefferson Conservation District and Conifer Wildland Division, Elk Creek/ Conifer Fire Protection Districts experts who will discuss the history and ecology of Colorado’s Front Range forests, the wildfire challenges we face, and what can be done—presented from both public and private land perspectives.
Join us for the discussion and Q&A.
